About Rumba Barre

A unique combination of Latin dance, functional training and ballet inspired postures using the ballet Barre. This 45 minute cardio burning class will improve your posture, increase flexibility and give you a lean body. Light weights will be used to tone, sculpt and strengthen the upper body. All fitness levels welcome, no dancing experience required!
