Cancellation Policy
Rumba Barre Class Cancellation: Class may be cancelled due to inclement weather, instructor illness, or low attendance (less than 2 members). This decision will be made at least 1-4 hours prior to class and members will be immediately notified via email/phone/text. Please also check Facebook for cancellations: https://www.facebook.com/rumbabarre

Member Cancellation Policy: Please cancel 3 hours in advance of class time to avoid being charged in full.  No shows will be charged in full. Simply remove yourself from the class on the Schedulicity App or call. This gives clients a chance to take your spot of the class fills up. The good news is you can book your space in class up to an hour before.

**Rumba Barre requires a reservation using the Schedulicity Software/App to secure a spot in class. No walk-ins due to limited space/props.

Liability Release
All Rumba Barre Clients & Private-In-Home-Clients are required to sign a Liability Waiver before their first class. Rumba Barre Clients at Spotlight Art, Dance & Wellness: Please come in 5 minutes before class to fill out a Liability Waiver.

Purchase Policy
All Rumba Barre sessions on Schedulicity are good through the date specified on the promotional deal. All sales are final.

Groupon Fine Print Policy
Promotional value expires 120 days after purchase. Amount paid never expires. New customers only. Appointment required, same day appointments accepted. Registration required. Limit 1 per person, may buy 1 additional as a gift. Limit 1 per visit. May redeem across visits. Valid only for option purchased. All goods or services must be used by the same person. Merchant is solely responsible to purchasers for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services.

Privacy Policy
Rumba Barre respects your privacy and pledges to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information. All personal identification information is kept private and will not be shared with third parties.
