Rumba Barre classes are smaller, which means you receive one on one attention from the group fitness instructor, individual modifications, group camaraderie and less injury. Its like receiving small group training at an affordable price.  Personal Barre or Spinning Training Available on Tuesdays/Wednesdays from 9am-12pm. Schedule your appointment today!

WEST SIMSBURY LOCATION:

Class Description: This 45 minute cardio burning class will improve your posture, increase flexibility and give you a lean body. Light weights will be used to tone, sculpt and strengthen the upper body. All fitness levels welcome. *Please note this class is held in the Instructors HOME BARRE STUDIO. Reservations Required.

ABSolutely Glutes (West Simsbury)

Class Description: This 30 minute intense workout will target your midsection, lower back muscles and tone your booty through various standing and floor exercises! Cycle-Barre (West Simsbury)

Class Description: Rock out to an intense 45 minute session starting with a cardio burning ride in the first half and ending with a lengthening and strengthening session at the barre.
